COVID-19 UPDATE

WE ARE WORKING. Because Black Lives Matter. Because unemployment is the worst since the Depression. Because of the worst pandemic in a hundred years. Because wage-hour violations are on the rise. Because the powerful harass the powerless, and it has to stop. 

Also, effective immediately, we aren't currently accepting any new wrongful-termination clients or other individual employment-based claims. We are still accepting claims for groups of workers, such as unpaid overtime. If you have an unusually serious harassment issue, please let us know. We're sorry for any inconvenience. 

As always, we continue to represent nonprofits, schools, churches, advocacy organizations, candidates, and more- in both the public and private sectors- especially during this extraordinary time. We're more engaged with the government than ever, to make sure that America directs its decisions and its dollars to the needs of all.
